Akashic Records

The Akashic Records are an energetic frequency that allows us to access every thought, action, emotion, and experience that has occurred since the origin of the All. Within them exist all the possibilities of the past, present, and future.

Many visualize the Akashic Records as the "internet" of the Universal All, a network that requires no wifi to access and is available at any time and place.

Others see them as a library. In this case, the Akashic Records would be an ethereal or infinite cosmic library that contains a collection of everything that has happened in the past, along with a complete set of information on possibilities for the future. In this library, each individual soul has its unique book. There are also books for soul groups, events, organizations, and places.

The Akashic Records are considered one of the most powerful tools available to help us remember our oneness with all beings in the universe; to reconnect with our Essence and divine power; to transmute individual energies, and thus facilitate the transmutation of humanity’s disharmonious actions; and to create the reality — the life experience — we wish to have, for the good of the individual, the collective, and humanity.

☆ What is the origin and history of the Akashic Records?

The concept of the Akashic Records is present in all spiritual traditions across the planet. In the Bible, it is referred to as the Book of Life. The Akashic Records are also known as the Cosmic Mind, the Universal Mind, the Eye of God, and the Word of God, among other names. References to the eternal Book of Life date back to ancient times.

The energy that holds the information of the Akashic Records is called Akasha, a Sanskrit term that means "primordial substance." "Aka" means space, storage place, or repository, and "Sa" means sky, hidden, or secret. A simple translation of Akasha is "an invisible space or storage place."

In Hindu mysticism, Akasha is considered the fundamental principle of nature, from which the four natural elements—fire, air, earth, and water—originate. Every vibration in the Universe, created through our thoughts, words, and actions, leaves an indelible mark on Akasha, recording the energetic imprint of every soul and creation.

☆ 5th vs. 8th dimension?

Some say the Akashic Records are "located" in the fifth dimension. This means that anyone wishing to access the Records must elevate themselves to the frequency (vibration, energy) of the fifth dimension.

Others affirm that the Akashic Records are "located" in the eighth dimension. In other words, to access the Records, we must rise to the frequency of the eighth dimension.

Finally, some claim that the Akashic Records are "located" starting from the fifth dimension, somewhere between the fifth and the eighth dimensions.

Who is right?

There is no right or wrong answer.

My recommendation is to stop identifying the Akashic Records with a specific "place" or dimension. Instead, let’s see them as an energetic frequency. In fact, that’s exactly what they are—energy. ✨

☆ Who can access the Akashic Records?

Everyone! Although most of us have forgotten.

By divine inheritance, we have the ability to access our own Akashic Records, as well as the records of any group we are part of. In fact, we often access the Akashic Records without realizing it through intuition, prayer, or meditation. However, no one can retrieve information from the Akashic Records of others without explicit permission. The Akashic Records are protected by spiritual beings, such as guides and guardians of the Records.

To consciously navigate the Akashic Records, we must relearn how to access them intentionally, keeping in mind that the information is infinite. Additionally, we must practice setting aside our Ego, connecting with our Higher Self, and raising our vibration to the frequency of the Records. This is why there are Akashic Records schools with various techniques for opening the Records, which may include meditation, breathing techniques, and a secret opening prayer. Although there is no official institution regulating this work, there are many qualified and trustworthy teachers who can help guide you.

Personally, I have studied the methodologies of Linda Howe, Andrea Hess (Soul Realignment), and Anne Sayce.
