Little Starseed in Motion

After a complete Akashic Records reading (here, through the Harmonize with your Little Starseed reading), the client is given a 21-day prayer for the energetic transmutation of the identified blockages, along with a vast amount of information about themselves: their soul-level gifts and energetic talents.

Most of the time, clients feel overwhelmed and unsure of what to do with so much information. But it's not so much about "what to do"... It’s more about how to integrate that information. How can we become aware of our energies?

This happened to me as well. At first, I had no clear guidance. But through my practice of energy movements, I discovered the importance of moving my body in a meditative way to integrate the information; to become more aware of my inner energies and facilitate alignment with my Essence. I realized, "This is something I can facilitate for my clients after the readings." In this way, I not only serve as a channel of information but also as a guide and mentor, helping to integrate the information through energy movement in the third dimension.

The work with Akashic Records is about connecting with the information anchored in the soul... remembering it, integrating it, and transcending it. However, no one tells us exactly how to do this. And the truth is, there is no single way. But one thing is certain: it requires practice, here and now, while we are incarnated. It is in our physicality that we must integrate the information from our higher dimensions, and the vehicle for this is the physical body.

Thus, the intention of Little Starseed in Movement is to offer movement meditation sessions for anyone who, after receiving their Akashic Records information, wishes to have a conscious practice in the here and now, one that integrates their energy bodies and helps them reconnect with their innate energies while facilitating the transmutation of energetic blockages.
